The Case for 4×6 Physical Prints
Prints are tangible. They're a physical takeaway that guests hold in their hands, stick in their wallets, and put on their fridges. For weddings and milestone birthdays especially, prints feel ceremonial in a way that digital files don't. There's something about handing someone a warm-off-the-printer photo that creates a memorable moment. For events with older guests, prints are almost always preferred.
The Case for Digital Only
Digital photos are instantly shareable. Guests get their photos via text or email within seconds, and they can post them to Instagram, send them to family, and store them forever without worrying about losing a piece of paper. For corporate events and younger crowds, digital-only works great. It also allows for a lower price point with our Selfie Package.
Our Recommendation by Event Type
Weddings and milestone birthdays: go with prints — the keepsake value is unmatched. Corporate events and cocktail parties: digital is usually sufficient. Sweet 16s and college-age parties: both are great, but the Instagram-sharing aspect of digital is a big hit. Holiday parties: prints are a wonderful take-home gift.
