Q. Does a backdrop come with my photo booth rental?

Yes. A backdrop comes included with all of our photo booth packages. You can select your backdrop in the photo booth reservation process. If you already have a backdrop or background for your event, you will be able to skip the backdrop selection.

Q. How far in advance should I book a photo booth?

The saying goes, the early bird gets the worm, or in this case, the best photo booth in Hampton Roads. Reservations are accepted up to a year in advance. A 25% deposit will hold your event date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before. Dates fill up fast, so we suggest making your reservation as early as possible.  If your date is right around the corner, send us a message to see if we have that date and time open.

Q. How much space is needed for a photobooth?

Ideally, we recommend a space of 10x10, but we can also accommodate smaller areas. The photo booth itself is slim, and the backdrop measures 8x8, suitable for placement against a wall or standing on its own. If you have any questions or concerns about the space you intend to utilize for the photo booth, let us know and we will make the appropriate adjustments.

Q. Do I have to provide power or Wi-Fi to the photo booth?

No, you will not need to provide power or Wi-Fi. Our photo booths operate without the need for cords or outlets, allowing flexibility for placement indoors and outdoors. Additionally, we provide our own Wi-Fi, guaranteeing that all captures are swiftly available for guests to digitally share at your event.
