We understand that plans can change. In the event of a cancellation, the following refund terms apply:

1 Cancellation by Customer

  • If cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the rental date, a full refund, less the deposit, will be provided.
  • If cancellation is made within 14 days of the rental date, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.

2 Cancellation by Company

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or events that may violate policies or local laws.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
