Cancellation by Customer:
-If the cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the rental date, a full refund, less the deposit, will be provided.-If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the rental date, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
Cancellation by Company:
-We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or if we believe the event may breach our policies or local laws. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
