Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for all photo booth rental bookings with VA Shoreline Events.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply based on the timing of your cancellation:
14+ days before your rental date:
A full refund will be provided, less the deposit.
Within 14 days of your rental date:
A partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
2. Cancellation by VA Shoreline Events
In the rare event that VA Shoreline Events must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or policy violations, a full refund will be provided.
